Ordering and Shipping

ORDERING

All hats listed on the website are made to order, delivery is expected in 1-3 weeks maximum, depending on the hat model and volume of orders. Some items may be on stock at the time of your purchase, in which case you may receive your order earlier. If you need your item ASAP please get in touch before placing the order to confirm availability.

SHIPPING

We offer FREE Standard shipping in Switzerland on all orders. UPS Standard shipping to EU is 25 CHF. For shipping outside EU (or countries not listed) please get in touch to receive a shipping quote.

You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties. If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 5 days from receipt of your order.

UPS Express Shipping to EU is available upon request at extra cost.

RETURNS

You can return or exchange your items 14 days after the purchase date due to faulty craftsmanship.

We offer no returns on custom made orders, wrong size or change of mind.

Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you order and your location.
